TSME Engineering & Construction is a multidisciplinary EPC and industrial services company built around Saudi Arabia’s oil & gas and petrochemical industry. Our main operating centre is in Al Khobar, in the heart of the Eastern Province, close to the clients and facilities we serve across the Kingdom and the wider GCC.
Company story
TSME’s Saudi Arabia operations are backed by a dedicated branch in Cochin, Kerala, India — established on 20 July 2020 and now marking 5 years of operation — which functions as a back-office and technical resourcing base, supplying certified manpower, engineering support, and structured training to strengthen delivery across the Kingdom.

Tony Samuel is a seasoned Engineering, Construction, and Business Executive with nearly two decades of progressive leadership across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Industrial, Infrastructure, EPC, Maintenance, Shutdown, Turnaround, and Defense Construction sectors.
He is the Founder & Chairman (CMD) of TSME Engineering & Construction Pvt. Ltd. (India) and Chairman & CEO of TSME Engineering & Constructions (Saudi Arabia) — building industrial contracting enterprises across two nations and bridging engineering excellence between India and the Middle East.
What drives me hasn’t changed since I walked my first site back in 2006 — respect for the people doing the work, and total ownership of the outcome. I’ve spent nearly twenty years moving from the field to the boardroom, but I still think like a field engineer first. That’s the perspective I bring to every project and every partnership.
