Narrative
The Bahrain assignment is piping and insulation: process lines installed, then insulated and clad so they can enter service. Insulation that starts before the mechanical system is proven becomes waste. TSME sequences the two — mechanical completion first, then PWIS finishes.
Regional work of this kind is staffed from the same operating system as Kingdom sites: certified welders and insulators, inspection at hold points, and a handover that includes both the line and its cladding.
The completed package is a serviceable piping system, not a set of exposed lines left for a follow-on insulation contractor.
