Narrative
Abqaiq is a core Saudi Aramco processing centre in the Eastern Province. The DPCU assignment is brownfield site execution: plant-side works on an operating gas and hydrocarbon facility, where access, isolation, and permit discipline determine whether the job can proceed at all.
TSME’s role is to put a structured crew on that workface — civil, mechanical, and associated trades as the package requires — under Aramco site rules. Scaffolding, piping, and module interfaces are planned against the live plant. Supervision is on site, not remote.
This is the kind of work TSME was built for: certified manpower, documented safety, and delivery inside a facility that cannot stop for a contractor’s convenience.
