Narrative
Ras Tanura is one of Saudi Aramco’s principal terminal and refining locations. Risk Mitigation Package 3 is a brownfield upgrade: civil and electrical & instrumentation works intended to reduce operating risk on an existing facility, not to build a new one beside it.
That means working inside live plant, with limited access and a defined scope. Civil works have to land without undermining existing structures. E&I has to tie into systems that remain in service. TSME executes both under Aramco site controls, with a single inspection trail.
The package is delivered as mitigation work should be: complete, documented, and usable by the plant the day it is handed over.
