Narrative
Hawiyah is a Saudi Aramco gas facility. TSME’s assignment is site execution under SAIPEM: a subcontractor package that has to land inside a main-contractor programme, on an Aramco site, without becoming a delay to either.
That is a discipline of interface. Workfronts, permits, and inspection hold points belong to the main contractor’s system. TSME’s job is to put certified crews on those workfronts, keep production visible, and close out to the same standard the main contractor will be measured on.
The Hawiyah package is delivered that way — as part of SAIPEM’s programme, not as a parallel operation beside it.
