The NAMI Riyadh project is a capital assignment in the Kingdom’s capital: engineering and site execution held together so design intent survives contact with the plot.
TSME’s role is delivery support — the coordination of engineering inputs, site works, and the inspection trail a client needs to accept the completed package. Riyadh projects of this kind are judged on programme and interface, not on a single trade’s output.
The work is executed to that standard: documented, supervised, and closed out as a project, not as a collection of site tickets.
