Narrative
Saudi Kayan is one of SABIC’s major petrochemical complexes in Jubail. TSME’s assignment covers mechanical and site works inside that operating environment: piping, steel, and associated installation that has to sit correctly on an existing process unit rather than a clear plot.
Brownfield mechanical work is judged on fit-up, isolation, and the quality of the completed system — not on how much steel is erected. Spools, supports, and tie-ins are planned against the live plant, with lifting, access, and permit-to-work treated as part of the method, not an afterthought.
TSME’s delivery on Saudi Kayan follows the same operating system used across SABIC sites: certified manpower, documented controls, and a site team that can work inside a complex without becoming a disruption to it.
