Project story
SABIC Technology Centre STC J-2 is a technical campus in Jubail where research, process support, and plant-facing infrastructure sit alongside operating industrial assets. TSME’s role on the project is site execution — delivering the civil, mechanical, and services interfaces that let a technology facility function as part of a petrochemical complex, not as a standalone office.
Work of this kind is about sequence as much as craft. Technical buildings, utility corridors, and process interfaces have to be installed without disrupting adjacent operations. Access, isolation, and permit discipline sit alongside ordinary construction controls. TSME treats that overlap as the job: structured supervision, certified trades, and a clear split between campus works and plant-side tie-ins.
The result is a delivery posture suited to SABIC’s Jubail estate — documented, safety-led, and built so the completed works can be handed over into an operating technical environment.
