Narrative
The Al Rimal substation in Riyadh is an electrical assignment with civil interfaces: equipment, cabling, and the structures that support them. TSME’s role is the site execution that turns a substation design into an installed, inspectable facility.
Substation work is sequence and cleanliness. Foundations, earthing, equipment setting, and cable pulling have to happen in the right order. Testing follows only when the installation is complete enough to test. TSME keeps that order under one supervisor stack.
The package is delivered for Bashaer Almanteka as a completed substation workface — documented, inspected, and ready for the client’s commissioning team.
