Narrative
The SAMI Main Building assignment is infrastructure and MEP: the services and site works that make a principal building operable. Power, mechanical services, and associated infrastructure have to be installed to a campus standard, with the access and documentation a defence-sector client expects.
TSME’s delivery is the building-services package and the infrastructure that feeds it — coordinated so MEP does not arrive after the building is already closed in. Supervision, inspection, and handover are treated as part of the works, not a separate close-out exercise.
The completed package is intended to sit inside SAMI’s operating campus, not as a contractor leftover for others to finish.
