Project Story
Narrative
The Saudi Chemical Astana Project is an EPC assignment: engineering, procurement, and construction held together so the client receives a completed facility package rather than a stack of separate trade contracts.
TSME’s EPC posture is practical. Engineering sets the sequence. Procurement protects the workface. Construction is supervised against that plan, not against a drawing set that arrived too late. Interfaces between civil, mechanical, and electrical are owned by the same delivery team.
The Astana package is executed on that basis — one programme, one set of controls, and a handover that matches what was engineered.
