WESCOSA’s Yanbu assignment combines substation works with shutdown support. Electrical installation has to be complete enough to use the outage window; shutdown work has to finish inside that window, not after it.
TSME’s role is the electrical and associated site execution: substation installation, shutdown tasks, and the supervision that keeps both on the same programme. Outage work is planned backwards from the return-to-service date. Materials, permits, and crew size are set before the plant comes down.
That is the difference between a shutdown that holds and one that slips — preparation, not heroics on the day.
